Shawn Derwin Boone, 29, of the 100 block of Woodstock St., died June 21, 2003.

The funeral will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in Noble Street Baptist Church, 100 Noble St., Portsmouth. Family and friends will meet at 400 Roosevelt Blvd., Portsmouth, at noon. A graveside service will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at noon today.
