Chesapeake - Lonnie Dean Layne, 45, a loving son and father, went to be with the Lord April 1, 2009. Lonnie is survived by his mother, Thelma Morris; four children, Shannon Layne, Emily Layne, Gregory Layne and Brittany Layne. A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Olive Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 until 4 p.m. Sunday in Loving Funeral Home.
