PORTSMOUTH - Keith Starkie Justice died April 24, 2008, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. He was born Sept. 27, 1955, and grew up participating in various sports his whole life. He was a member of West Point Gun Club and SASS.

He is survived by his wife, Val and three children, Destiny, Dathan and December. He also leaves to cherish his mother, Maggie Justice; sister, Janet Salas and husband Robert; as well as brothers, Micheal and Garfield.

A celebration of his passing on to the joys of heaven and a memorial service will be held at Living Waters Christian Fellowship Monday at 11 a.m. with a food reception to follow. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, handled arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
