Portsmouth - Olivia "Libby" Key, 56, went to be with the Lord April 26, 2004, surrounded by her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted mother, Grace Chapman; daughter, Bobbie Tanner Murphy and husband, Brian; son, Jack Tanner and wife, Darlene; and four wonderful grandchildren, Tiara, Cameron and Colton Murphy and Dylan Tanner who were the absolute love of her life.

She leaves behind a sister Ingrid Varela and husband, Tommy; stepbrother, Kenneth Chapman and wife, Debbie; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her stepfather, Thomas E. Chapman and brother, Robert Goins.

The family wishes to express deep appreciation to the staff at NDC and Sentara Leigh Hospital for their care over the years. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel, with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m.
