Christopher Marvin Martin, Sr., 55, of 3620 Fox Chase Road, died Tuesday at Craven Regional Medical Center. Funeral will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Pollock-Wells & Best Funeral Home with the Rev. David Twigg officiating.

He is survived by his widow, Annette B. Martin; one son, Christopher Marvin Martin, Jr., of Denver; mother, Emma S. Martin of Manassas, Va.; one brother, Charles Martin of Weirton, W. Va.; four sisters, Vicky Kuthy of Belmont, Ohio, Martha Holmes of Rising Sun, Md., Terri Martin of Manassas, Va., and Lori Champion of Virginia Beach, Va.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
