Portsmouth – Michael Hayes Eason, 37, of 4836 Milan Drive, a retired employee of Norfolk Naval Shipyard and a native of Portsmouth, died Thursday in his home.

He was a member of Cradock Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Yancey of Colonial Heights, and Mrs. Margaret Hinson of Chesapeake; and two brothers, Thomas M. Eason of Portsmouth and Henry David Eason of Mercer Island, Wash.

A funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Snellings Churchland Chapel, has charge.
