CHESAPEAKE - Robert Snow, 64, passed away Feb. 28, 2006. He retired from NOAA after 38 years of service as a cartographer.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Ann Snow; two daughters, Victoria E. Wilkins of Lakeland, Fla., and Kimberly Ann Paldino of Philadelphia; a son, Peter Wayne Snow of Portsmouth; two brothers, Danny Snow of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., and Walter Snow of Independence, Mo.; and four grandchildren.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 11, in Loving Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. Larry Adams. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Odyssey Hospice, 6363 Center Drive, Lynnhaven Blvd. No. 6 Suite 201, Norfolk, VA 23502 or to the American Cancer Society.
