Linda W. Stallings-Lilley

PORTSMOUTH - Linda W. Lilley, 63, of the 300 block of Bobby Jones Drive, went to be with the Lord May 11, 2006, in a Portsmouth hospital. A native of Hertford, N.C., she was a legal secretary and a member of Grove Park Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph C. Lilley; two stepdaughters, JoEllen Portnell of Chesapeake and Sandra Christian of Mountain Top, Pa.; one stepson, Joseph S. Lilley; a sister, Deborah C. Schultz; brother, Wilton C. Stallings Jr.; all of Portsmouth; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Greenlawn Mausoleum Chapel by the Rev. Boyd Herrington. Entombment will be in Greenlawn Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
