Clifford E. Shelton CHESAPEAKE - J.C. went to be with the Lord March 7, 2009, at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family. A native of Tennessee, he was the son of the late Clifford and Velma Shelton. Survivors include his sister, Cathy Powers (Buddy); and a special niece, Rhonda Porter (Herb); and two great-nieces, Amanda and Amber Porter. Special thanks to his friends.
