PORTSMOUTH - Shealor Pickett Donaldson, 66, of the 800 block of Arnold Palmer Drive, die March 18, 2006, in her residence.A native of Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late William Pickett and the late Edith Shealor Pickett. She retired from Tran South Financial Corp. as a verification specialist and was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church.

Survivors include her life partner, Ted W. Hassell of Portsmouth; a son, Warren Ott of Charlotte, N.C.; and a sister, Evelyn Barnes of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.

A funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Leland Brown. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Shealor always spoke kindly to everyone.
