Howard N. Morgan NORFOLK - Howard N. "Nick" Morgan, 69, of Console Ave., passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Nick was a Vietnam-era U.S. Air Force veteran. He worked as a planner in the Avionics Department of the Naval Aviation Depot, retiring after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard M. Morgan and a brother, Barry. He is survived by his wife, Cindy and her son, Chris Garland; his mother, Dorothy Morgan; a son, Michael, both of Portsmouth; a daughter, Kathy and husband Jeff Toney and their children Kai and Keira, all of Austin, Texas. Funeral arrangements are pending. Cremation & Funeral Services of Tidewater handled the service arrangements.
