Mrs. Beverly Ann (Cosgriff) Davis

Mrs. Beverly A. Davis, 73, a resident of Greensboro passed away October 25, 2010 at Moses H. Cone Hospital. Her husband Bob was at her side as she passed away. Beverly suffered for many years and is now at peace.
She was born March 11, 1937 in Dansville, NY a daughter of the late Charles and Marion Cosgriff. Beverly graduated from Cradock High School, Portsmouth, VA in 1955. She was the Training Coordinator at Sears Credit Central prior to her retirement. She was an outstanding golfer at Sedgefield Country Club for many years.

A loving wife and mother for 56 years, Beverly is survived by her husband, Robert F. "Bob" Davis of the home and two sons, Mike Davis of Washington, DC, Charles "Bobby" Davis and wife Vicki of Cleveland, Ohio and one grandson, Bryan Davis.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday November 17, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 2205 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27403 with Father David Brzoska officiating.

The family would like to give special thanks to Brenda Brooks, Beverly's home nurse and Genny Martin for communion every Sunday. Also the family would like to thank the nursing staff at Wesley Long Hospital for the dedicated support and care for Beverly while she was in ICU.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly's memory.
