PORTSMOUTH - Priscilla Hines Morgan, 89, formerly of Allen Road, Cradock, died Feb. 2, 2003.
Mrs. Morgan, a native of Hammonton, N.J., was a retired elementary school teacher for the Portsmouth public school system. She was the widow of Chester Duerr Morgan and a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Cradock.
Survivors include two daughters, Sally M. Brower of Charlotte, N.C., Elizabeth M. Sanborn of Pensacola, Fla.; a son, John L. Morgan of Portsmouth; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Susan L. Morgan.
A funeral will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Emmanuel Episcopal Church by the Rev. Richard H. Holley. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 17 Bainbridge Ave., Portsmouth, VA 23702. Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, is in charge.
